Should i eat more today?
Im trying to maintain my weight but ive only eaten around 1400 calories today and i need about 1800..
but i already ate dinner, and when ever i eat after dinner, i feel so fat and bloated so thats why i dont like to but i also dont want to lose weight.
today i had:
breakfast: smoothie made of banana, starbwerries and almond milk, whole wheat toast w/ organic peanut butter
snack: apple
lunch: spicy peanut tofu with grilled veggies and chocolate silk milk
snack: banana
dinner: salad, wheat bread w/ peanut butter, and egg whites with veggies.
i had tons of water today, and i feel like i ate so much already…
should i eat more calories today?
i did 45 minutes of zumba for wii, and about 20 minutes of jumping jacks and some other small exercises
p.s. any one have any good at home indoor cardio exercises w/o equpitment?
also, its winter time here, so i cant go outside, its wayy to cold, and i cant go to the gym..so all exercises need to be indoors.
if your stomach HURTS then dont eat or exercise ,
if you just have that mentality that your fat then dont exercise too much cuz you can damage the inside of your body.
if you havent had enough calories then you need to eat a little more … if your body doesnt get as much calories as it needs you can start to feel weak , so i suggest you have another.
